Cancellations

Can’t make your appointment? Please call or email and we’ll be happy to arrange a more suitable time and date, or cancel your treatment time. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your treatment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total treatment price if we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01908 661690 or 07546 717000.

 

Punctuality and courtesy

Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment as a late arrival may interfere with the length or quality of your treatment, and a full fee will still be payable at the end of the treatment. All times stated include preparation of room and client. If this is your first visit to Baba Beauty Lounge, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the treatment so you can complete a personal consultation form. The information provided on this form remains strictly confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

 

Newsletters and mailings

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’at the bottom of our eNewsletters, or by emailing us at relax@bababeauty.com.

 

Gift vouchers

Please quote your gift voucher number at the time of booking and hand it to the therapist at the start or end of your treatment. Gift vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.

 

Medical conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition, including pregnancy, prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you have a question about suitability of treatments, or alternative options, please call the salon and one of our therapists will be happy to help.

 

Payment

Most credit and debit cards are accepted and all prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

 

Patch testing

Patch testing is required for clients booking tint treatments, and this should be carried out at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. Please call us and let us know when you’d like to pop in; it takes just a couple of minutes.
